	• Established in 1982 by Mr. DINESH. K. GANDECHA (D.K.) who started as a small seed cotton merchant went on to become a Trader and Commission agent supplying cotton to one of the most famous names in Indian Textile Industries. The Company today is a full fledged Cotton Company having state of the art Integrated Ginning Plant , Sourcing cotton for domestic Spinning Mills , Exporting cotton to Mills that are leaders in the Textile Markets of their respective countries and Acting as agent for Spinning Mills & Merchants. The company's sole focus is to specialise mainly in the SHANKAR-6 variety of cotton which is globally popular for its LUSTRE, BLEACHABILITY AND GRADE.

	• VTC Group has a sales turnover of 28800 to to 33,000 M.T. and sources cotton from 15 districts and around 120 Ginning Factories out which around 90% are located in Saurashtra region which is the prime region for Shankar-6 cotton crop. • Following are sister concern companies of Vishal Trading Co.

	JALARAM GINNING FACTORY

	• With our newest venture into Cotton Ginning & Pressing Jalaram Ginning Factory is set up with full fledge operations from 2007-08 Season.At JGF we make sure to process cotton with outstanding care and consideration for reduced contamination and trash levels in raw cotton. It is located in Saurashtra region of Dharangadhra, which is around 110 Km. from Ahmedabad. The Ginning Factory will be fully operational as per the guidelines set by The Technology Mission on Cotton, Govt. of India. Moreover it is set up with aim to make it an ideal Ginning Plant processing cotton with distintive identity and quality that sets it apart.

	• Sister concern Shital Enterprise is the exporting company which is an EXPORT HOUSE RECOGNISED BY GOVT. OF INDIA. Shital Enterprise has now a sound track record of 4 years in EXPORTS to wholly and partially integrated textile companies which are delighted by superior quality cotton & service. Export mainly takes place to Pakistan & Mauritius. Around 85% to 90% buyers are our repeat buyers and they enjoy a respectable position in their country's textile industry.
